This morning the sun woke up Heini and Lotta who are sleeping in the attic room. Raisa was already waken and had been outside watching the sunrise even though the wind was heavier and colder than yesterday, at highest 15 m/s. It is still blowing from southern side where the low cliff breaks the waves before shore so that we haven't seen them going over the island, yet.



Today our crew continued with the tasks which were started yesterday. Klas, Lorenz and Mika almost finished with plastering the walls and the roof of the new kitchen. It only remains some little repairing for tomorrow.



Heini and Lotta were hoping to be able to paint the door today, but scratching old paint out of profiles and sanding the door takes more time they expected. On the other side where the profiles were thought to be simpler some profiles were still found under the thick layer of old paints. The work goes on slowly but it is important to handle these old and beautiful doors with respect.



Raisa has been taking care of our stomaches again. We just ate one box of rye pudding – a leftover from Easter - as a dessert and were wondering if those two other boxes will disappear before Midsummer.
